Full-time Support Staff

The Colleges Collective Bargaining Act, 2008 designates the CEC as the bargaining agent for Ontario's colleges in negotiation with the union (OPSEU) representing full-time support staff within the colleges.

Full-time Support Staff Employee/Employer Relations Committee (FTEERC)

This committee is established under the terms of the Collective Agreement to facilitate communications between management and the union at a provincial level during the term of the agreement. 

Support Staff Joint Classification Committee (JCC)

This committee is established under the terms of the Collective Agreement to facilitate joint discussion on the system wide application of the CAAT Support Staff Job Evaluation Manual, including revisions to the Manual and the Guide on how to write a PDF, training and bi-annual reorientation of Arbitrators appointed under Article 18.5.3.1.
